I would hate to sound like the annoying gym dude who likes to correct others (I wouldn't know anyway since I train alone at home), I'm just citing Rippetoe from a starting strength video.
You should keep your legs straighter than you do, the bending at the knees should only be the minimum necessary to reach the bar.
Doing it the way you do it doesn't bear any bad consequences, but it rather stresses the quadriceps way more than they should be, stealing load from the other muscle groups you should target with deadlifts.
