I remember my "linux ricing" phase, good times. I eventually settle for absolutely no background wallpaper, straight corners, no funny effects and neutral color pallette. That's the only way to get shit done.
My tinkertard phase ended at Qubes + i3. People ask me if they should use either, and I'm like "nah I'm just kinda stuck here due to inertia and insanity".
I remember the first time I ever heard of "Linux ricing" I'd like to say that I eventually grew out of it but I just can't work without those wobbly windows 😂
