I’d be up for that. I’ll keep a better log of progress and observations. Overall this has been easier than I expected. It’s the first “diet” that doesn’t feel like a chore. Maybe that’s because it’s what my body has been wanting this entire time.
My purpose in starting carnivore was not weight loss. I’m naturally on the thinner side. I’m doing it for the heart health, brain health, decrease in cancer risk, and then body composition. Heart problems, brain problems, and cancer have all stricken my family history.
