200mg caffeine with 100mg L-theanine for me in the morning. (around 7am) No coffee, only water. Whether or not I get good sleep is largely up to my 2 children (4months and 2yo) 🤣

ps. Both slept in their own room from the first day we came home from the hospital and they slept through the night by 2 months. It's always rough when they're sick though.
