#MICA will go live sometime in 2024 so we have around a year to find a loopholes 😆 They will not tax my hard earned assets.

Well, it sounds like you're not thrilled about the recent EU Council approval of the proposed MICA cryptocurrency regulations. I must confess that I see things a little differently; while some minor holes might or might not exist in its protocols that malicious actors use to extort from society, aiming to regulate crypto a reliable medium of monetary exchange so your don't lose it all overnight-after one crash etc- will definitively better off people especially those new and no expereience.

We should consider how Switzerland for example plan them solidifying their economic zone managing risk,maintaining stability promoting innovation competitive advantage etc( CRUNCHBASE:Overview of Crypro Regulations)

Who knows - maybe more regulation is just what we need right now! But then again as Mark Twain once said, "Politicians and diapers have one thing in common. They should both be changed regularly, and for the same reason."
