I deleted my Instagram after I basically performed a intimidation ritual (and that was done by force, for what I said was startling, and threatening).

I had an active FB account between 2013-2018, just sharing memes and some music, nothing personal then I get 3 days and after 30 days suspension, you feel like a criminal in the government watchlist
