I won't be here to help you figure that one out. But, hypothetically, it will be cyborgs that will be the battleground. How much augmentation is too much? Is an integrated AI enough to say no? How many organs can be replaced before you hit a limit? Somewhere, there will be a line and that limit will be a battleground.
