KYC and AML are turning us into a surveillance state, treating everyone as guilty until proven innocent. These tools give governments way too much power, paving the way for a totalitarian regime. We must protect our freedom and privacy.

I think you have it backwards.
It is the globalist undemocratic & unelected surveillance state that implemented AML/KYC, not AML/KYC suddenly enabling mass-surveillance.
