You know, like the tone people use to talk to babies or small animals. It always seems to be a higher pitch and sing-songy. Maybe there's a culture that doesn't, but you can't help it π

Hang on a minute, this makes me wonder about baby language π€ they seem to make noises and just get each others meaning (spit bubbles and such). That, and cats meow and it must have universal meaning π€ intriguing
