What’s the point of hyping zaps on #nostr when most are handled by custodial wallets and end up no different from centralized platforms using fiat?

Same with the “freedom of speech” narrative what does that even mean if users aren’t actually protected and remain fully exposed unless they rely on extra layers like Tor or VPNs?

Been on nostr since Covid era and I don’t see any decent progress in that regard.
