I've been slowly decoupling myself from the clutches of Apple's ecosystem. It hasn't been easy. You've got to admit, their hardware is quite nice. That said, I've been moving to more disabled Intel ME options with hardware killswitches. Apple's lockdown mode is very good, but nothing beats manual switches for absolute certainty.
