Thanks a lot! Too bad we’re so far away, I’d really like to taste your wine. I have a former colleague who makes wine as a hobby and while he introduced me to some really nice things (orange wines in particular) his attitude is “nah, don’t worry about the sulphites and you cannot do anything about pesticides, so 🤷‍♀️” I understand it’s not easy, but I still feel a difference between “there is only so much you can do” and “don’t worry about it”.

I think most people dont really think about health in such a detail oriented way as you and i. The closer you are to bad farming, the more desensitized you get to it.
All you can really do it keep searching and asking questions and then stock up on what you find that is good and tastes good.
At least you have an example for the wrong answer to get when you ask!
