All land is settled. And in general you must evict or unalive inhabitants/users of space before you can own land…because if you don’t, they’ll tax, evict, or unalive you.

I strongly believe in reparations for colonialism and that not enough has been done, but i find land acknowledgments to be kind of weird and hollow.
