I'm trying to convince my wife to take our paychecks in #bitcoin. Even just for a couple months to test it out and test life on a bitcoin standard. I havent sold her on it yet so im going to need to do my homework. I know some of you guys are already doing it, and would love to know the intermediaries you use. #asknostr

I do it through cash app with their 100% distribution. Then I have just been selling whenever I need the fiat. I've been off work for a couple months now in between contacts and for my surgery, so I am actually running on savings right now. I'm going to try out bitwage when I can start sending invoices for my work.
I have no problem calculating my own taxes with a script I wrote, but cash app does provide tax forms or something for what you buy and sell through them. You'll have to look into that.
It was the second big shift in mindset I had to make since getting on Bitcoin. The first was shifting from using credit cards to only using debit. The second was from waiting to buy Bitcoin until I had enough fiat to waiting to buy fiat until I actually needed it. Cash app makes that pretty stress free because I use their debit card.
I keep Bitcoin in the wings on lighting and on chain in Phoenix and Nunchuk/tapsigner as emergency funds that I can move quickly to cash app and the majority of my stack in cold assisted multisig that I can't move as quickly.
