Yes - via liquid, I believe. Liquid is how they do a noncustodial LN wallet that performers like an easy custodial LN wallet. Really good UI for noobs. My only gripe is you can't use a BIP39 seed.

There are some cheap ways to use it to balance channels too, if you run a LN node. Cheaper than looping.
