Yes but it depends on your client. What client are you using?
Damus on mobile. Iris/primal on web.
On Damus, click the 3 lines in the top right corner of the global/universe view. That will let you toggle on/off relays for your global view only. That way you can isolate only 1 relay at a time, like welcome.nostr.wine.
