Every Police Station in my state is run by a Police Fraternity which is ordain by the Masonic Lodge. As crazy as that sounds that been the norm in Texas. As an adult I really have come to understand that they are the boots for abusing arm of the Government. In Houston during the George Floyd riots the police stood down letting the politicians in my city showcase “black oppression” - letting agitators burn down buildings and destroy private property for the gain of their political agenda. The police in my city look and saw the destruction but did nothing as citizens were hurt and their private property destroyed for the gain of power by these psychopath politicians.
