You can always move elsewhere. You’re not being kept in your jurisdiction forcibly.
If you think civil disobedience is preferable to moving elsewhere, by all means, do it.
I completely agree with you. Last year however, Canadiens were not allowed to travel outside of Canada without proof of vaccination, so their movement depended on civil disobedience anyways. They were forced into their jurisdiction unless they wanted to break a law.
