When you think everything is gone and you feel the urge to panick, stop. Calm down, breath, think.

First, do everything you can to stop the disaster. We start panicking way earlier, usually. And panicking will not help, anyway.

Don't give up, even if everything is gone for real!

You can always recover and succeed if you continue!
