Oh baller. Thanks for listening! Yeah, it's all good. If I waited but a day, I would have felt much better but then i would have lost this feeling. So it's good to capture it in the moment.

yeah I think it was good to document that in-the-moment stuff because it can be messier but there's also a lot more truth and actionable statements to be found in it, from my experience.
