Nostr keys should be like bitcoin addresses. For the most part, use them once, and move to the next node in the HD key tree. Maybe reuse keys for replies in threads, that's it.

I also don't think there is any value in follows, mutes, profiles. Reposting others notes this is kinda interesting, but would only be useful data if the posting had a definite cost.

Zaps, well, that's gonna require some work. Probably posts need to have attached invoices with relatively long expiry. I'm sure there is more ways that LN can promote privacy.

Really, zaps don't belong as publicised events, and neither should the targets of the zaps be the same except in the case of threads. They can be sock puppets, with the sats flowing back to pump up the image. This is not the case with posts and re-posts that cost something to transmit.

Attestation of the payment for a post by a relay would be something valuable too. Or at least, laying claim to the first publication, and it having been paid for. There isn't so many ways to game this.

Nostr still has some ways to go before it's fully supporting us properly, but it's gonna accelerate, especially in the areas where good revenue models can be found.
