The full lunar eclipse happens at 18:10 UTC tonight which is 4am local time here.

So in about 11 hrs I'm going to hunt it out somewhere high as it will be low in the horizon.

Well we made it up to a lookout on a hill nearby.

The moon slowly turned orange but didn't really disappear.

It was a beautiful clear night though & it was a fun adventure.

I am glad fun was had 😁🎉

Took the littleys out for a walk under the full moon tonight after dinner.

Nice! Tonight would have been prefect - not even cold
