Processed sugar is bad and contaminates most foods, even injected into mass market meats.

Processed sugar isn’t bad. Relying on processed food is bad.

Both are bad.

How is refined sugar bad?

Increased risk of obesity, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, weakens immune system, cancer loves sugar, mood and mental health issues, it’s addictive, etc etc etc forever

That’s not because of refined sugar. That’s because of a poor diet.
