The money is stolen money, most of which was created by inflation. Sending out checks only perpetuates the debt, and honestly, $5000 doesn't go very far. If it were used to pay off public debt, or put into bitcoin, it might do some good. Putting it on the hands of normies only serves to destroy productivity. At best it might go to pay off credit cards, at worst it will create a massive surge of buying more shit from China.
