You can change it on Settings. Sats is not a common term for people outside of the BTC world.
I see zaps are denominated in dollars by default on iris nostr:npub1ust7u0v3qffejwhqee45r49zgcyewrcn99vdwkednd356c9resyqtnn3mj nostr:npub1g53mukxnjkcmr94fhryzkqutdz2ukq4ks0gvy5af25rgmwsl4ngq43drvk. Why is this? This is not the way to sats the standard.
