I USA states are trying to ban (weather modification) chemtrail spraying. Tennessee has already passed the ban into law. The others are Illinois, New Hampshire, South Dakotan, Kentucky, Road Island, Minnesota, and Pennsylvania. There's a movement in California starting too.
