Experimenting with ultrasound stimulation to the brain and vagus nerve. 📡🧠

Stimulating the temple for 5 minutes a night (3 weeks on, 1 week off) has dramatically improved the intermittent vertigo/ataxia/memory issues I've struggled with for over a decade now.

Stimulating the vagus nerve (only tried twice now) provides immediate yawns, deep relaxation, and a bowl movement directly after. I've had motility issues ever since I was a kid, so any method that can repair vagus tone without supplements like strong thiamine (ttfd) has my attention.

Weird and wild new area of science. 🤔

Sometimes stimulating the vagus nerve affects people, ie can cause syncope. I’d like to try this, but am cautious because lifting heavy knocked me out once before. Not sure where to begin, because I’d like to try it.

Risk/reward thing.

If one doesn't have nervous system issues, might not be interesting.
