why on earth would a random podcast about anime or travel or comedy be interested in an episode about nostr? this makes no sense at all

Because it's not about nostr, it's nostr adjacent, many guests wouldn't go on a podcast to just talk about Instagram or YouTube, but it can be brought up during a conversation
