Masks don't stop respiratory viruses come on man its 2023.

If they were actually "kind and don't want you to become sick as well" they would STAY FUCKING HOME

(which is of course one of the many ways masks are actually harmful - they encourage people to go out shopping even if they are sick, or if they need to avoid getting sick, because they believe masks will protect them but they really, really don't)

Wow, ten times the same comment 😅 hopefully this was a bug 🫣

Yes, masks don’t save you from virus particles. The good thing is that most viruses are not transferred over air. They are transferred over little spit droplets when talking sneezing and so on. And that’s when masks are helpful!

I think they're also helpful in filtering out some of the air pollution when it's up.

Just for grins. I put on a mask when vacuuming and dusting. And noticed a significant decrease in coughing and sneezing afterwards.

I also wear a mask in surgery to prevent bacterial contamination to patients. And when entering any hospital isolation room.

But no, you don't need one all the time. It's just a matter of personal choice. Except in surgery, hospital isolation rooms and clean rooms etc..😊
