My second day of experimentaltion exporting to the #grid.
I set the house battery to charge over night at 7p\kWh then export at 15p
These are fixed tariffs with #Octopus Energy.
I may switch to the agile tariff (with variable import\export) depending on how the experiments go.

Interesting, is this allowed in the UK? In Austria it is not allowed. Would be an easy fix to improve the grid!

Yes, an essential step to decarbonization of the grid. Perfectly legal.
I already use a flexible tariff with day ahead prices. I would buy a huge battery and would use it for arbitraging. Unfortunately it is not allowed here. So stupid.
