Problem: nostr onboarding experience is more painful than it needs to be
I've onboarded a large number of people to nostr and have been observing their reactions.
The experience is more painful than it needs to be.
Solution:
A dedicated onboarding experience of some kind. I guess a simple PWA would be best.
This would guide the new user into:
* creating a profile
* creating and uploading a profile picture (crop etc)
* scan an npub qr code and guide them into creating and sending their first note, tagging whoever introduced them so that they see it and can boost the note
* give them their nsec and some basic instructions on keeping it secret
* give them links to the latest APK or PWA apps for their phone (fk the apple walled garden)
It would **not** give them a NIP5 service, they should discover this on their own later.
A bot should then reply to them giving them some basic instructions on:
* protecting their nsec
* suggest some other clients to try
* suggest some lightning wallets and provide instructions on adding LUD16 or whatever
