Seth for Privacy has the best notes on it..TLDR is..
- pool is custodial where earnings to address is under threshold
- pool censors transactions, more than OFAC non compliant, and foregos potential earnings as a result
- pool is a rebrand, not a new pool
The nice thing is that on the horizon they will have lightning withdrawals with no threshold so custodial will no longer be needed. Thats coming in 2024 according to the website.
