Yes, I'm not trying to get jacked lol. The lean muscle and strength are a great byproduct of kicking my walking up a notch. It's been thundering all day, so I did the squats for a little movement and booty poppage ๐Ÿ˜‚

๐Ÿ‘ I'll have to ease in to that. I've fallen off the wagon a bit and have to get back in to it. I have the lady kettlebell book that has nice workouts in it.
