It's a laboratory, they want to replicate this in other places at different level. If the people don't start burning state buildings with this level of theft... maybe the rest of the country could support a 20% annual inflation... they just need football (like gladiators/circus of rome) and "monthly checks" to maintain the lower and middle class fighting with each other. At least we have BTC as a way out.
