I walk through companies every day and see so many unnecessary jobs. Not because the work isn't important, but because so many people in the European economy do jobs for which there are already software solutions. Not even AI is necessary for this. In return, politicians tell you that you should work until you're 67, although it's usually the elderly who are slowing everything down with their egos because they can't keep up with progress and at the same time their bodies are no longer as efficient.

Why do we find change so difficult? We have so much to reform!
