That makes total sense, potato cake. I have a lot of Norwegian ancestry, I even remember my grandfather's cousins coming to Canada to visit as a child. I need to find some lefsa for Christmas...

amazing! 🤩🤩🤩 we use lefse not just around christmas but for so many different things. Hotdogs, with butter, sugar & cinnemon. But it also depends on where you live in Norway

Potetkake is all year round but these are mostly during christmas season
