Did you know that in Venezuela we not only celebrate the Easter Sunday but we make it a full week? Not only that but we also don't eat red meat, only fish, chicken breast and CAPYBARA. Yes... We eat Giant rats like this one.

In most of Venezuela this specimen is called Chigüire

Cows are beautiful too but they’re tasty 😂 and well, I guess is something that has to do with native Venezuelans. Not even sure if the tradition still exists, it was there when I was a kid so I imagine.

The taste is… odd, kinda like alligator meat.
