You only have one "profile" at the relays which each client can load&update. A client should not re-write (broadcast) your data at startup, but there is no guarantee that it checks for changes done by a different client. A good client will tho.

What zap adress people see&use depends on what info their client pulls from relays. Can the lighting adress be defined multiple ways? I do not know? For me, amethyst shows only your primal address.
