First use of my carved bowl! The thick walls make it hold heat really well, and I just love the look and texture.

It was the perfect size for my lunch of what I call “Gold Hill pasta.” Chicken, yellow bell pepper, artichokes, a creamy garlic lemon sauce, and truffle salt is a really satisfying combination.
