Day 2 in the books. Back in July I did 10 days. This time, jeez the night sweats are terrible, also brain function in the night was hell, woke at 2am and couldn't turn it off thinking all kinds of shit. Took meletonin to try to get sleepy again, think I feel asleep before 4 and got up at 0730.
