Not sure about a separate device that can do it. Are you thinking something that you wear that can detect you have fallen asleep? Otherwise, there are plenty of apps that can shut off music or podcasts based on a timer.
something I can wear, or maybe sensitive mic that can recognize breathing patterns... dunno 🤷
timer works but either too early or too late..
Hmmm, interesting... I know that smart watches can detect when you are sleeping... I bet someone has made an app that can turn off whatever your phone is playing based on that...
yes, I'm aware of smart watches, sleep detection rings and bracelets, but can't find out if they actually can turn down media sounds volume in my phone... hence I'm asking nostr tribe if anyone has been using it for this particular purpose.
