It's a bit unfortunate that this discussion didn't take off. There aren't many artists / creators I can name from the top of my head who can deliver quality content in vastly different styles and areas and I would be curious how others see it. Not only he is popular in two distinct characters but filthy frank was popular against all odds on YouTube working counter the algorithm as he also mentions. Maybe it wouldn't be possible today, but I don't think I'd bet that it was possible back then. The second interesting part to me is Joji didn't get canceled, whereas there are plenty of examples for artist who get lynched for the fraction of one filthy frank video or for a misspelled tweet! If there were any attempts I don't know but seemingly he's below or rather above the radar of opinion leaders. Untouchable for boomers or balancing in the sweet spot of famous but not-too-famous?
