My activity doesn’t update? (iOS) did yesterday a 18 km run but don’t see it back. Any idea why?

Wow nice run! For now the SOUND app is only counting steps using the native pedometer in your phone. Was that Strava run recorded with your phone or a watch only?
Ah ok :) was only with the watch because don’t like to run with a phone. Work out with phone is not good to be away from screen/ messages etc :) But thanks, now I need to do more walks this week😅 Keep up the fun and good work with the app
