I think it's not WoS. The address is collected from user nostr profiles.
It's very unlikely to be anything to do with WoS, it's simply because your LUD16 is public
I agree! Anyone who shares his lud06 or lud16 on nostr, can be publicly crawled and zapvertized to.
I also made a client to be able do that. 🫣🤷♂️
I guess to remove the annoying factor, wallets have to be updated. Otherwise, there will be a way to "spam" without permission.
The sooner a lot of spam occurs, the sooner wallet devs will address it.
