I think you misunderstood my post. I am asking about the webpage on the phone in the original image, which looks like a digital block clock webpage. I want to use an old cellphone to do the same.
How did you make the background dark and the top status bar on the device go away?
I just used the JavaScript version and customized it a little. Then I used a kiosk browser called Stadium for the display and turned off the auto screen lock settings.
