This is a ruling. One more bit of truth. There were no tests to truly prove effectiveness and their trials (that Pfizer hoped to keep hidden for 75 years until a court ordered their release) showed otherwise. This is why 5 American states have filed a class action against Pfizer for false advertising. Yet 10 doses were bought for every EU citizen with redacted agreements for €71 billion that limited any transparency yet made a select few very wealthy.
Sad that good scientists, concerned consumers, the injured, and ultimately, the dead were silenced by greed.
