Got ahold of someone with one. This is the second time my plumbing has shit the bed in under a year. Last time they destroyed my bathroom to fix it and I had to call them every day to ask them if they were gonna finish it and I was advised to say I’m going to take legal action (which I had no intention of) but of course it was fixed the next day.
I'm glad you were able to get ahold of someone. It's fucked up that they obviously can't seem to fix the issue. Definitely suggest you do whatever you need to to make sure you get reimbursed for every inconvenience. It's more to deal with but you don't deserve to be treated like shit in a place you pay for.
