So i have a question I'm new here and no and Sharon i will open something and it tells me too add a server but they're are no choices of servers what is this? And how do i know if i have a lightening account set up like you were telling the other person

You have a lightning account from zbd. People are sending bitcoins to you over there.

The relay part depends on which screen you are. Selecting good relays to use is important for your own freedom.
