It’s odd, but I see it online on Damus. However it remains offline on Primal

I noticed this with a few relays on Primal. They’ll appear red on there but green and connected on other clients. I wonder if they’re blocking connection to certain relays?

Same here. Top is Damus, bottom is Primal. Sometimes relays show as disconnected on one client but not another.
