Spinning up a VM with #start9. My self managed Docker Bitcoin stack has gotten to be a lot to maintain and hoping to simplify.
Anyone out there used #start9 before?

I used it for a week. It's honestly great but I stopped using it because I need moar powah.
Power as in customizability?
Yes. I wanted to run certain applications and my own versions of applications and do a bunch of internal networking to forward ports from startOS to the outside world. Version 0.4 will add more network configuration options. I honestly love my custom setup and would never go back.
When I get some funds and hardware together I’m hoping to start self hosting. Start9 might not be powerful enough for experienced users but is it beginner friendly?
I have Umbrel running on a pi at the moment as a test and it seems a bit limited
Abandoned this btw I can see how it's great for some but I do not like not having to go through Tor to get to my node.
